Warren Buffett Optimism

Warren Buffett’s “tell it like it is” attitude is apparent in his most recent letter to the shareholders of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. He is blunt in his distaste for the tone of the current political climate, although it creates a colorful environment in an election year. However, on page 7 of the shareholder letter, he is quick to point out that the American gross domestic product is six times greater than it was in 1930, with workers efficiently producing more goods and services per person than ever before. Warren’s optimism is encouraging and his hope for the future and our decedents is a worthy reason to continue investing in our markets.
